Not only will you get to de-stress\, but you may even find a new addition to your family. \nDelicious brews will be provided by summit coffee rad and botanical bones co. is popping up with small batch plant-based dog treats that are full of amazing superfoods and adaptogens to keep our furry friends’ tummies happy! \nTo ensure that we have enough spaces for everyone\, please sign up for the event in the MindBody app through Flow at Foundy for Saturday\, May 11th from 9am to 11:30am. \n🧘‍♀️ Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat and get ready for some poses accompanied by wet noses! \n💕 Pre-registration is encouraged. Spaces are limited\, so be sure to secure your spot early. \n🐶 Puppy yoga is for ages 14 – adult and is a FREE event with donations to Mountain Pet Rescue. \nCelebrate Mother’s Day in the most relaxing and fun way possible.
