DESCRIPTION:Do you love fitness and animals? Join us on Monday\, December 4 at 6:00pm at Align Asheville\, 122 Riverside Dr.\, Studio G. This is a FREE workout with an opportunity to donate for a wonderful cause!\nJessie Iannucci\, Pure Barre instructor\, massage therapist\, and mom of three adorable dogs\, will lead you in a 45-minute stretch workout that your body will love! The workout will include core strengthening moves\, hip openers\, and stretches beneficial for increased flexibility in everyday life. All levels welcome. Please bring your yoga mat. Hot tea will be provided.\n100% of donations will go to Mountain Pet Rescue.
